Summer Yoga in the Des Moines Metro

One of my favorite things about the Des Moines area is how outdoor yoga classes are popping up everywhere in the summer! Normally, there are even more. With COVID a lot of places have put classes on hold or are only offering them virtually for the summer. Some classes are recurring and others are just one time things. I've compiled a list of free or cheap classes by location for you to enjoy :) A few are different/unique (SUP yoga and Goat yoga) as well. Make sure to check websites/Facebook pages to see if you need to register ahead.

Easter Lake Beach

Monday, July 27th from 6-8 pm enjoy Paddle and Pose!

This two hour event includes the use of a SUP, kayak, or canoe for an hour then yoga on shore afterwards
